Kappa Kappa Psi Biggest Loser Workouts Week 1

This will be a running calendar full of links, updates and all sorts of things to keep everyone posted with what is going on for this summer workout session.  I know a lot of people were getting tired of me posting on the Facebook group all the time so instead I will litter my blog with stuff instead.

So here it is, the tentative plan for the summer.

Sunday, June 10th:  Meet at St. John Arena at 11am
  -We will walk to Fred Beekman park where we will run/walk a 1/2 mile and stop for 50 air squats.

  - 10 lumberjacks (I can't remember what they're actually called)
}

Wednesday, June 13th:  Meet at the Tuttle Park Parking Lot at 8pm

  - 3 minutes of rest abs
}
{
  - 20 push ups
  - 20 reverse push ups
  - 20 diamond position push ups
}

Friday, June 15th:  Meet out the RPAC at 7:30

  - The RPAC Class will be... Cycling!  If you plan on attending more than one of these classes during the summer I'm going to nicely ask you bring $10 to one of them.  That is $10 TOTAL, for the entire summer.  Just once, one time only, bring $10.  Then you will be covered.

Saturday, June 16th: CHALLENGE #1  Meet at stadium at Noon

Challenge #1 will be a stadium stair challenge, as a gauge to see how far we have come by the last challenge which will also be stadium stairs.

Each team will begin by sending their first person up to C deck, they will then come back down and tag the next person and so on.

The first team to finish is that week's winner!

After all of that we will take a short run/walk down to the 3rd on the Olentangy Trail, come back and do some cool down stretching and the winning team gets freeze pops.  I know, the fun levels are going to get way, WAY too high.

For Vigor!
* There will be absolutely no vomiting on my watch.  If you feel so fatigued that you cannot possibly go on, stop or slow way down until you feel okay again.  I am serious I will be pissed if you throw up, it's not good for you and no one wants to see/smell that (trust. me.)
